Cancellation

There is a 48 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your treatment under 48 hours a full fee will be required.

If you are a no show to your appointment, full fee will be required.

Refunds

All treatments including

Bulk Treatments and Initial Treatment with 1 Follow Up Treatment are non-refundable.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers have a 6 month expiry date valid from the day of purchase.
